I love the sea
it’s my grandma’s birthday today, so I tried to draw her some landscapes I saw in Ireland
the sad thing is that I like the photo itself, while I know that I really need to go and practice drawing landscapes now Dx
ich vermisse dich auch, karotte
Imogen named her hen after her father. Most of the time she makes marmelade and tries to stop Elma from eating all the hazelnuts she was planning to seed.
Little random impression-set of Kilkenny, which is a beautiful place to stay at!
The picture in the middle on the right shows Adrian and Donie and some guy playing the harmonica really well. I sat there drawing and half-drunk when they asked me if I was writing a novel about them and if it’s resembling 50 Shades of Grey. Because they don’t hope so. I said yes, made a crappy scatch of Adrian and Donie with the title 50 Shades of Grey and gave it to them.
and they gave me more alcohol and said that they were going to use that as a poster now and that I have to come back to Kilkenny soon to have a look
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MAGPIE!
I hope you have a wonderful day and a wonderful party (I very much hope you’re having a party? D:<) and I wish you all the best things in the world and muffins and hugs and also cats (but you have cats so maybe more cats) and love! And all the luck for your a-levels and everything, if not you, who can do it?
I would love to drink some beer or whine or something with you now, but I am roughly 1600 kilometers away and I don’t have any alcohol. I’m sorry. But I drew the two of us as 1890-chicks, walking through streets of lame and physically impossible houses! I didn’t know if you would rather wear a dress or some shmancy suit. I also don’t know why the beer is floating into the chimneys of the physically impossible houses.
But if you want a dress, just tell me and I’ll draw you one!
Luv ya ♥ and hope we can soon drink actual beer/whine together!
I went to Cork last weekend! And took photos at half 7 on a Sunday morning, which is gladly the time everybody else is asleep.
Apart from the crows. That were having their breakfast in front of Isaac’s Hotel & Restaurant
I finally found a shop that sells different sorts of tea! …it’s in Cork though, 3 hours away, but anyway! I also had to find out that marmelade is, other than in Germany, the word for orange jam. So when I asked Maragete if she had any marmelade for me, she was like “No, we don’t have any marmelade.”
"But… the one on the table?"
"Oh, the strawberry-jam? You can have that."
Also The cows are going into the shed at night now because it’s too cold outside, and I spend all morning preparing everything. And all my muscles are aching now and I am dead tired and Eoin is like “you have to do that every day now btw”
